Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for an eligible reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return, refund and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

Products are deemed to be eligible for a return if they meet the below criteria

  1. A complain must be raised within 24 hours of purchase for goods.
  2. For goods with a longer shelf life of 3 months and above, a complaint must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
  3. A product is not eligible for a return if the stipulated period of return has elapsed.
  4. A product is not eligible for a return if the product has been used.
  5. A product is not eligible for a return if the product has no defect whatsoever.
  6. A product may be eligible for a return if the purchase receipt, which is a proof of purchase is available.
  7. You may not return any product due to “change of mind”.
  8. A product is not eligible for return, if it is what you ordered for via a LPO, text message or whatsApp message.
  9. A product is not eligible for return or cancellation of the paid order if there was delay in delivery, this is because we relay on third party service providers to deliver good to our customers.
  10. A product is not eligible for return, if you bought in excess of what you required.
  11. All self-collected goods are not eligible for return.
  12. All products delivered by your own transporter are not eligible for return because our responsibility ends immediately they leave our premises.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via 0722200703 or email info@qualitas.co.ke to officially lodge your complaint
  2. Comprehensively describe the complaint. Mention the receipt number.
  3. Our team shall record the complaint and get back to you within 24 hours if it’s a working day.
  4. If your product is not eligible for a return, refund or exchange, you shall also be informed.
  5. If the event that we need to physically inspect a product before offering a return/ refund, our team will advise that you deliver the product, including the receipt to the branch nearest to you.
  6. Product inspection shall be carried out by our quality team to determine whether it is eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
  7. We shall thereafter accept or reject the return.
  8. Upon accepting the return, you shall be offered a credit note within 4 working days which will authorize a refund or an exchange
