In mining process, lime materials are mainly applied to refine and improve metal elements and non-ferrous metals such as Copper, Zinc, Nickel, Gold, Silver and Aluminium. Lime products are used in the froth flotation process of metals including (Copper, Nickel and Zinc as well as Gold and Silver) to ensure proper pH is maintained in the leaching circuit. Lime product is also used in precipitating impurities and regenerating caustic within the Aluminium processing.
